Scope and provider

These general conditions of sale are applicable to sales contracts concluded online via the site www.leodysigns.com between Leodysigns, Léody Moutsamboté (me) and its consumer customers (you).

Conclusion of the contract

In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code on the conclusion of online contracts, the contract will be concluded when you click on the button allowing you to confirm your order, after having viewed the details of it, and in particular its total price, and having had the opportunity to correct any errors. You will thus recognize your obligation to pay.

Language

The language proposed for the conclusion of the contract is French.

Archiving

Contracts concluded on my website (data relating to your order and General Terms and Conditions in force on the day of your order) are archived for a period of 10 years. You can access archived contracts by requesting them by email to leodysigns@gmail.com.

Price

VAT is not applicable, article 293B of the General Tax Code.

The prices mentioned on our site are indicated all charges included (excluding delivery costs), in euros.

Delivery costs are not included in the prices displayed on our site. Other additional costs that may be payable by you are indicated before the conclusion of the contract.

The price for custom designs includes two “round trips” for modifications.

Shipping cost

Certain products offered for sale on this site can be delivered in digital version by email. They are therefore deliverable worldwide free of charge.

Payment

The following payment methods are available to you to pay for purchases made on my site:

Bank card and Paypal.

The validation of the order and its completion will take place after receipt of your payment.

Exploitation rights

Léody Moutsamboté only authorizes the use of commissioned drawings for personal use.

Léody Moutsamboté always remains the owner of all creations unless a specific contract is signed between you and her.

Any use outside the scope initially provided for in these General Conditions of Sale is prohibited without express written authorization from me.

Carrying out the service

In accordance with article L 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for any personalized order.

Article L121-20-2:

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, for contracts:

1° The provision of services whose execution has begun, with

the consumer's agreement, before the end of the period of seven clear days;

2° Supply of goods or services whose price depends on

fluctuations in financial market rates;

3° The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;

4° Supply of audio or video recordings or software

computers when they have been unsealed by the consumer;

5° Supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines;

6° Authorized betting or lottery service.
